WHY CORPERNICUS

Corporate experience, with an understanding of building a business.

About Corpernicus →

Early-stage founders make decisions about ownership, hiring, contracts and compliance before they have an internal team to guide them. Corpernicus was created to make experienced corporate support accessible at that stage. Experience advising companies and investors, followed by hands-on experience building and operating a business, shapes how we approach the work.

Understand the business first

We start with your business, current arrangements and priorities before recommending the work.

Agree the scope and fee

You receive a written scope and quote before chargeable work begins.

Stay clear on progress

For the agreed assignment, we identify the work, information needed and next steps, with a clear point of contact.

SCOPE & FEES

Know the scope and cost before work begins.

Tell us what your startup needs. We will set out the proposed work and fee in writing before you commit. Where appropriate, work can be divided into stages around your priorities and budget. Government fees, taxes and any third-party charges are identified separately. Any additional chargeable work is agreed with you before it starts.

ONGOING SUPPORT

A continuing point of contact for your company's corporate and compliance work.

Explore ongoing support

Get ongoing support without building an internal team for every requirement. We agree the areas covered, work allowance, communication arrangements and monthly fee around your startup's needs. Additional projects and specialist costs are scoped separately, so you can see what is covered and what needs a separate decision.

The written scope specifies which work is included. Additional projects and specialist costs are agreed separately.

BEYOND INCORPORATION

Incorporation, with 12 months of compliance guidance.

Our incorporation engagement includes 12 months of guidance to help you understand your company's next compliance steps. You can ask questions by email, WhatsApp or scheduled calls within the support arrangements and usage limits agreed in writing.

The guidance covers explanations and next-step advice. Filing, drafting, document review and other execution work are separately scoped and charged unless expressly included in your paid engagement.

BEFORE WE SPEAK

A few practical questions.

Who is Corpernicus for?

We support early-stage startups across India, from founders setting up a company to operating businesses managing contracts, compliance, ownership and a funding round. You do not need to be venture-backed to approach us.

We already have a CA or CS. Can we still work with you?

Yes. We can work alongside your existing advisers. The scope identifies who handles the corporate, contractual, accounting, tax, filing and certification responsibilities relevant to the assignment.

How are fees decided?

After understanding the requirement, we provide a written scope and quote. The quote explains the deliverables, professional fee and relevant additional costs. Extra chargeable work is agreed before it starts.

Can we start with a limited assignment?

Yes. Where appropriate, we can begin with a defined question or piece of work and agree further stages as your needs become clearer.

What does the first year of guidance include?

Our incorporation engagement includes 12 months of guidance to help you understand your company's next compliance steps. You can ask questions by email, WhatsApp or scheduled calls within the support arrangements and usage limits agreed in writing. The guidance covers explanations and next-step advice. Filing, drafting, document review and other execution work are separately scoped and charged unless expressly included in your paid engagement.

Can you provide ongoing support?

Yes. We agree a recurring scope and monthly fee around the areas where you need support. The engagement sets out coverage, work allowance, communication arrangements and separately chargeable work.

Who will I speak with?

You will speak with the founder leading your work. Read the founder introduction on our Why Corpernicus page. Professional credentials can be provided before engagement, and other professionals are involved where the assignment requires them.

What happens on the introductory call?

We discuss your business, the question and any relevant deadline, identify whether we can assist, and explain an appropriate next step. The 30-minute introductory call has no consultation fee or obligation. Any chargeable assignment is agreed separately.
