Corpernicus was created to make experienced corporate support accessible at that stage. Experience advising companies and investors, followed by hands-on experience building and operating a business, shapes how we approach the work.

Corpernicus was founded by a corporate adviser with experience at leading Indian law firms, including Khaitan & Co, and firsthand experience building and running a business. That experience includes venture capital and private equity transactions, M&A, due diligence, investment documentation, company governance, ESOPs and commercial contracts.
Working on the operating side of a business added firsthand experience of the practical decisions founders face around launches, hiring, contracts and limited resources. Corpernicus brings those perspectives together to support startups from their first corporate decisions through ongoing operations and fundraising.
